New York City

I thought I would post some pictures of my "girls" trip to New York last week. It was so fun and we spent an entire day in Chinatown. We did a lot of shopping and hung out in Times Square and went to ground zero. I had goosebumps when we got there and can't even imagine how everyone must've felt on 9/11! We saw a firestation near ground zero and talked to a really nice fireman there. They had plaques on the wall of the 4 firemen they lost during 9/11 and it was very sad. They sell t-shirts and calendars and the proceeds go to the families of the firemen they lost.

We didn't get a chance to go to the Statue of Liberty but we did see it when we were flying in. I was excited about that because I didn't get to see it when I was in NYC before. I really wish we could've stayed longer and definately want to go back next year.
